Returns Policy

At Smarter Surfaces, customer satisfaction is of the highest importance. We want you to be completely satisfied with the products and service you receive. That's why, if for any reason you're not satisfied with our products, we will accept, and give you credit for, any return made in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt. In the unlikely event that you receive any goods that are damaged or not fit for use, you can avail of a replacement or a refund. We will be happy to incur any costs associated with this.


To make a return, simply follow the steps outlined below:

1. Email us explaining why you wish to make a return and to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your order number in the subject of your email so we can track your order.

2. We will email you with your personal RMA number and a return address.

3. Send the package back in it's original packaging within 14 days of receiving your RMA number. Please make sure the RMA number is clearly displayed on the package.

4. Once we receive and inspect the goods, we will issue you a credit note.


Additional information

If you are making a return, please ensure you have paid for shipping in full. We do not accept unpaid shipments. If your return is damaged by the carrier on the way back to us, we will make sure the goods are signed for as damaged. You can then file a claim with the carrier for the full cost of the items damaged.
