Refunds and Returns Policy

At Smarter Surfaces™, we try our very best to ensure customers are completely satisfied with their orders. If for any reason, you need to return goods to us, please follow the steps below.

Returns process and refund policy for products that include Smart Wall Paint (in white or clear):

Smart Wall Paint is considered a dangerous good because of the sensitivity of some of its ingredients. Due to the regulations surrounding the transportation of dangerous goods, this can make it difficult to return kits containing the product via courier or regular post. Should you decide to cancel or change your order before it has arrived, we recommend that when it does, you refuse delivery from the courier. In doing so, the goods will be directly returned to us.

Should you decide to cancel or change your order after it has been delivered and accepted by you, we cannot take responsibility for its return.
Unfortunately we are unable to issue a refund unless your items have been returned to us successfully.


Returns process and refund policy for Smarter Surfaces™ products:

For your peace of mind, you can return your unused Smarter Surfaces purchase to us, within 30 days of purchase, and we will refund the purchase price of the product(s).
If you wish to do so, please follow the steps below:

  1. Email support@smartersurfaces.com explaining the reason for your return. Please also state your order number. 
  2. A support agent will request that you return the items to our headquarters. The goods will then be inspected to ensure they are of merchantable quality. 
  3. Please note, most domestic postal services will not accept paint and/or liquids and you may have to return the goods using a courier.
  4. Once the goods are confirmed to be in a resellable condition, we will happily issue you with a full refund.
